I first experienced Elwin’s unique skills eighteen months ago. As a young, motivated, highly trained and highly networked individual I found myself in a state of confusion. I felt that my skills were being overlooked or taken for granted and I was seriously wondering where I was going. I had wonderful mentors in many circles, but I didn’t have an ‘Elwin’. Elwin was able to make me understand who I am and what I’m damn good at. Elwin is like my ‘career/business’ mother. I have now moved into a role that I desperately wanted and doors are opening up all over the place – my personal and business life is great. Whenever I speak to Elwin I come away refreshed. Elwin gives me great ideas, but has an incredible way of getting me to come up with the answers to the issues I face.
