When I was approximately 15 years young I told my careers councillor that I didn’t know what I wanted to do in life. I knew what my passions were yet she didn’t even begin to ask the right questions. She pointed me in the direction of office work and finance yet I hated maths. I felt pressured from parents and school to do what they wanted me to do.
I wanted people to listen to what I believed I could achieve. No one did. It took me eight years and over 17 countries later to ask the questions once again. I needed guidance and needed people to listen. I needed a person to help me find my path. Elwin is not a careers councillor, she offers so much more than that. She has a unique way of connecting with people of all ages. She asks the tough questions, challenges you to realise your potential and
actually listens to what you say.”
